IRO
Shipping clerk turned brewery owner | Making it up as I go since 1999
Peter Griffin
I've worked in a factory, run a fishing boat, briefly owned a bar, and somehow ended up managing a brewery. I bring a unique kind of energy to every role — mostly chaos, occasionally genius. Quahog born, Quahog bred.

General Manager
The Drunken Clam Brewery
· Full timeOfficeOversee all brewery operations including production, staff management, and customer relations. Also primarily responsible for quality control, which involves a significant amount of personal product testing.
Rebranded the flagship lager after a focus group of four friends unanimously agreed the old name was terrible.
Sales increased by 12% in the first quarter — or so I'm told. I stopped reading the reports after page one.
Personally negotiated a new hops supplier contract after the previous one fell through due to an incident I'd rather not detail here.
Reduced ingredient costs by 8% and kept the brewery operational.
Shipping Clerk
Pawtucket Patriot Brewing Company
· Full timeOfficeManaged inbound and outbound shipping logistics for a mid-sized regional brewery. Coordinated with suppliers, handled inventory, and occasionally filled in on the floor when things got hectic — which was often.
Identified a recurring dispatch error that was causing delayed deliveries to three key accounts and flagged it to management.
On-time delivery to those accounts improved noticeably. I didn't get a raise but I did get a handshake.

What managers, mentors and clients say
"Peter is unlike any colleague I have ever had. He approaches every problem with a confidence that is completely untethered from his actual qualifications, and somehow that works out more often than it should. A genuinely loyal person to have in your corner."
Cleveland Brown
Colleague
"Peter has an extraordinary ability to walk into a disaster of his own making and come out the other side having learned absolutely nothing — and yet somehow things tend to resolve themselves. He means well. That counts for something."
Lois Griffin
